Thought as a "meditation wine", this Gewürztraminer is one of the spearheads of a winery that has been able to establish itself on the market and find the favor of many palates, thanks to the perfect union of grape variety, territory and climate, found in all labels. The particularity of the soil that surrounds Bolzano, where the vineyard rows are laid, is rich in minerals, including phosphorus and malachite, which deeply nourish the plant and allow the grapes to reach the complete maturation of the aromatic and sugary profile. The expert hand of J. Hütte, with the support of the important Bolzano Winery, completes the work, giving us more than a wine, a real emotion, which conquers sip after sip.
Very intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose reveals hints of yellow rose and broom, fruity mango and yellow peach, important mineral puffs and a sweet background of dried apricot and honey. The taste is challenging, warm and intense, complex in structure but softened by an enveloping softness that, in the continuous aromatic references, leads to a dry and fresh closure, full of citrus and honeyed memories.
Excellent with crustaceans, spicy dishes, speck and semi-aged cheeses.
