The great wine, which many call Opera d'Arte, is nevertheless the work of the nature, the work of the sun, of the climate and of the terrain. With these words we could give the complete definition of Barolo, a unique and inimitable wine that finds in the Langhe its land of choice. The Monfalletto estate is one of the most prestigious and ancient of this corner of Piedmont: it belonged to the Falletti family for more than six hundred years and is now owned by the Cordero di Montezemolo family; from its vineyards comes the Nebbiolo which gives life to this exceptional Barolo, one of the most beautiful expressions of this incredible terroir. A real gem that combines strength and grace at the same time, from the precious and complex, really unique taste-olfactory sensations.

Bright garnet color, scent of cherry in spirit and withered flowers, liquorice, leather, graphite and carob. On the palate we find structure and warmth, softness and fine tannin, punctual and balanced, close along with spicy references.

With dishes based on salmì game, with truffle tajarin and with the very old Bra cheese.
