This company, thanks to Nicolas Ruinart, claims to be the oldest producer and, since 1729, has cultivated the vines, mainly Chardonnay, on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It characterizes its non-vintage wines with a maturation up to three years, while for Dom Ruinart this period varies from nine to ten years.
