It seems easy to drink a champagne but the tasting of this great wine is a very special thing, made up of a set of individual gestures different from those used for other types; a set of acts involving all 5 senses. It starts from the touch, opening the iron cage and carefully uncorking the cap so that there are no traumas for the precious liquid; then the gaze is captured by the brilliance of the colour and the vortex of bubbles that rise up in the glass, without neglecting that even the hearing enjoys that fantastic crackle. Then it's the turn of the nose, which feels joy in grasping those mutable and composite sensations that make you want to drink it, the last gesture that makes us fully appreciate the greatness of this product.
This cuvée, proposed in one of the largest formats on the market (9 litres equal to 12 bottles), will satisfy the senses of many people.
Bright golden yellow, it gives aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits followed by vanilla, honey and bread crust. It refreshes the palate thanks to the beautiful fruity acidity, well balanced, closes with discrete mineral trail.
Excellent aperitif, it goes well with delicate dishes with seafood or white meats, semi-mature cheeses and vegetable fries.
