The result of a careful and scrupulous selection of Pinot Noir grapes and of the expert cellar work of the Chef de cave Michel Fauconnet, which masterfully handles every detail of the maceration phase so that the grapes can extract all the aromatic and chromatic heritage. This cuvée Rosé is left to rest in magnum (remember that the aging in magnum is the best, as the wine has the opportunity to ripen more slowly and to develop at its best) a minimum of four years in the underground cellars of Laurent-Perrier in Tours-sur-Marne. A champagne of great impact that can be considered another jewel of this Maison.
Brilliant salmon pink with a fine and persistent perlage, it releases fragrant notes of rose petals and small red fruits, cinnamon, pyric powder and aromatic herbs. Striking the taste for freshness and flavour, leaving an almost citrus finish that invites the sip.
Despite being a Brut, it can easily be combined with desserts based on berries but try it with cubes of mortadella and you will not regret it!
