Dedicated to the company's founder, from which it takes its name, this vintage cuvée is yet another confirmation of the great skill of a maison that, since 1838, continues to master the typical grapes of Champagne without secrets and mysteries, giving life to a label that is now history. The year 2010 was a memorable vintage in Champagne, where acidity is maturity making a parallel and homogeneous course, giving life to a myth of a vintage, aspired by all tasters and enthusiasts for refinement and elegance, as well as for its great longevity qualities.
Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections and very fine and thin perlage, presents to the nose hints of hazelnut and almond, white peach and honey, together with sensations of yeast, bread crust and sweeter notes of melted butter and short pastry. The gustative impact is creamy and delicate, characterized by a citrusy lemon and lime freshness and consistent on the palate, almost fleshy, yet refined in the great balance in which it persists, long and elegant, in a trail of orange blossom.
Divine with the great raw of the sea.
