Before being considered a company The Marchesine tells the story of a family that, since 1985, has been able to show a continuous growth of the entire production; plant density, low yields per hectare and a meticulous work in the cellar, also the result of the collaboration with Jeanne Pierre Valade, marked the pace of an unstoppable rise. A purebred horse can be seen from the base, with a simple product like the Brut, worked only in steel, fresh, immediate and yet perfect in its essentiality, a concentrate of power, pleasure and elegance.
Straw yellow with a fine and very delicate perlage, it has citrus, pineapple and almond notes on the nose, together with typical hints of bread crust. The sip is fresh, dynamic and lively, crossed by a subtle sapidity followed closely by the pleasant citrus finish.
Excellent with shrimp cocktails, fried fish and cod but also with a simple fish and chips!
