The project Contadi Castaldi is strongly desired by Vittorio Moretti and was mainly oriented to the development of the Franciacorta Satèn, which is the flagship product of the company. The style emphasizes freshness and immediacy, along with a soft and creamy texture that is the soul of this particular category, ace of hearts across the range. Dynamism, youth and freshness are the characteristics of the full range, that can capture and conquer a large audience of lovers of the gender.

Bright straw yellow in color with fine and persistent perlage, has sweet and gentle tropical fruit smell, along with toasted almonds and vanilla, with brioche background, confetti and pineapple. Tasting see softness in the foreground, accompanied by fruity and sweet but never cloying return, thanks to the vibrant fresh plot.

Enchants with a seafood risotto with blackberry like the grilled salmon but also with cream cheese and main courses with mushrooms.
