A great white wine from Lazio, a region that sometimes oenologically is not much considered but that, thanks to the vineyards with its great peculiarities and to wineries like Fontana Candida, offers unique products with undisputed potential. A true champion for alcoholic content (14 degrees) and with a perspective of extraordinary evolution over time, which needs to envy no other wine nothing.
Beautiful bright straw yellow in colour, it gives intense and engaging aromas of fresh almond, hawthorn, citrus fruits and ripe peach. The taste has a strong body, it is warm but in excellent balance between softness and acidity. It closes along with citrus persistence.
Perfect with the first courses of the Roman tradition such as carbonara and cacio e pepe, it perfectly supports an oven-baked kid with potatoes or a nice Genovese.
