Has conquered artists like Rimbaud, Toulouse-Lautrec and Van Gogh, and is produced in collaboration with the Absinthe Museum in Paris. La Fée is absolutely the historical and most traditional absinthe in France, the first to be produced after the prohibition era in 1915. Distilled in the Rhone-Alpes region, for its production are used 9 herbs and spices, including artemisia, cumin and star anise. The difference from others is undoubtedly the exclusive bottle, strictly opaque green to protect the natural greenish color of this distillate, which is due by maceration of herbs. In addition, another feature is the "kit" which is decorated, the classic spoon used to dissolve the famous sugar cube and that is now "damned poet"! For those who did not understand the concept, on the back label are instructions for use!
Very clear and transparent greenish color. The nose gives aromas of herbs, anise and sweet spices with a spirit background, given by the high alcohol content. With the addition of sugar and/or water it mitigates its strong flavor and reveals a powerful digestive, also ideal as the completion of several cocktails.
