This beautiful red, which bears the signature of its creator, is a prime example: a Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot) without smudges, is one of those wines that speak of earth and sun, of manual work and passion; a wine of noble complexity, solid and measured, endowed with a demanding but at the same time satisfying taste, to be enjoyed immediately or, for those who have patience, to leave a few more years to rest.

Dark red with an important olfactory impact: black fruit jam, tamarind, coffee and notes of undergrowth, graphite and spices. The taste is soft and structured, perfectly matching the smell, it is sweet and nuanced in tannin with a long boisé persistence.

It goes well with first courses with meat sauce or with black truffle, stewed wild boar stew and roasted and grilled red meats.
