Tasting the wines of Argiolas is like taking a trip in those traditions of the past from which you always come out enriched, in one way or another; they are wines that come from the heart, both of the land that originates the grapes, as well as of whom makes them and, for this reason, always turn out to be alive and unpredictable. This historic family-run winery in Serdiana, generation after generation, has constantly increased the planting of its own vineyards, giving prominence to the typical grapes of these lands and reaching, to date, beautiful results. Monica di Sardegna Perdera is produced with the homonymous variety, considered among the oldest in this region, strictly hand-picked in the alberello vineyards of the Sisini estate; It is a soft, delicate and almost ethereal wine, perfect to keep us company on the dining table every day.
Ruby red color with violet reflections, it releases floral scents of geranium and cyclamen and fruity mulberry and cherry, then tobacco, myrtle and wild hues. Perfectly matching to the tasting, it reveals great balance and pleasantness of drink, thanks to the freshness and delicate tannins. It closes fruity.
Perfect with stewed rolls, it will make the roast suckling pig with potatoes unique!
