Bright straw yellow in colour with light golden reflections, the nose reveals intriguing scents of wild flowers and jasmine, young and crunchy plum notes and slight hints of aromatic herbs. The taste is slender and graceful, well balanced between freshness and flavour and the body is still soft, with a dry and clean finish with fruity flavours.
To try with fish dishes, it also marries well with white meats and fresh spreadable cheeses.
