Rivera can be considered, in all respects, among the most solid companies of quality Apulian viticulture. Thanks to the love for the land and its fruits of three generations of entrepreneurs, harvest after harvest is reconfirmed the valuable level of its products. At the base of this statement there is, without a shadow of doubt, a thorough knowledge of its territory and a deep-rooted bond with it. From the Primitivo plants, raised in saplings, the Triusco is born, a wine with a strong and overbearingly territorial character, compact and characterized by impetuous tannins and by a vital acid verve that amplifies its drinkability, supporting the structure perfectly.

Dense and impenetrable ruby color, with black cherry, plum, liquorice and balsamic accents. The taste is characterized by heat that envelops and precedes refreshing sensations and energetic tannins. A long finish, savory and fruity.

With baked pasta with meat sauce, with roast lamb or wild boar but also with a slice of caciocavallo fried or grilled.
