Ribolla Gialla, an ancient autochthonous vine of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, is distinguished by its fragrant aromas and its natural acidity, delicately mitigated by the balance that is created during its refinement; this characteristic means that it is becoming more and more appreciated not only on national territory but also on an international level. Puiatti, with this wine has succeeded in the enterprise which all winemakers yearn for: bottle the territory, thanks above all to vinification exclusively in steel, as the company philosophy has always required, so that the wood will not alter or even cover the aromatic profile of the vine.
Straw-yellow colored with greenish reflections, on the nose it reminds of grapefruit, lime and hawthorn. The taste is fragrant, characterized by citrine freshness combined with sapid minerality, invites one sip after another.
Combine it with fish and shellfish dishes, even fried, with omelets with vegetables, semi-mature cheeses and Sauris ham.
