With only twenty-five years of life Corte alla Flora is a reality on the outskirts of Montepulciano that has made the enhancement of this marvellous territory, its corporate philosophy: and of the most suitable processing in full respect of the raw material. This Rosso di Montepulciano, from 95% Sangiovese grapes with a very small ode Colorino, is a lively wine with an extreme pleasantness of drink that can accompany our daily meals giving it that little bit extra.
Bright and limpid ruby red, with scents of cherries in spirit and withered violet, of wet earth, citrus peel, eucalyptus and cloves. The taste is tantalized by the strong acidity that invites one sip after another, has tannin pronunciations and a vaguely almond finish.
With Italian hors d'oeuvres based on cured meats and semi-aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauce and with roast beef and pork.
