The type of wines that given the presence of the carbon dioxide contained in them, thanks to fermentation, at the opening generate the classic "froth" are defined sparkling wines. In the catalogue the best Italian sparkling wines have been selected produced both through the Classic Method, i.e. with refermentation in the bottle, and through the more common and simple Charmat method which involves refermentation in autoclave.
