A total of 4,500 winemakers and over 5,000 hectares of vineyards allow the production of 100 bottles that, among awards and acknowledgments, contribute to making this company a truly great example of a cooperative and teamwork. The Cavit vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of integrated viticulture, with the utmost respect for nature and tradition, and the grapes, which derive from here, give life to a particular production line, the Altemasi, which by now is an oenological project and a great classic that without fearing contradiction flies high in the Italian enological firmament.
Very intense straw yellow with vivid golden reflections, it has a nose that starts fruity on orange blossom, yellow peach and tangerine, along with notes of dried fruit, citrus peel and straw. The taste is dynamic and precise, soft but also fresh in the citrus scents that accompany a more than proper aromatic persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, with fried prawns or breaded anchovies.
