Cavit was founded as a consortium of wineries in 1950 with the aim of creating and spreading the culture of wine and drinking well throughout the region, also contributing to the formation of Trentino winemakers. Never as in this case it can be said that the mission has been accomplished! Over a hundred are the produced bottles and the Pas Dosé Altemasi represents an excellence among these: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Nero enrich a spicy and toasted frame that counterbalances with fresh and mineral sensations; unity is strength and, in this case, makes good things!
Bright and sparkling golden yellow in colour, the nose combines the fragrance of apple with ripe exotic fruit, along with jasmine and bergamot, with hints of bread crust, pistachio and custard. The taste is full, austere and robust, shows off freshness and flavour that give great balance in a citrusy and distinctly persistent closure.
Excellent with smoked fish, oysters, cod with onions and linguine with lobster
