Manifesto of the Trento DOC tradition, this 100% Chardonnay wine is the historical bottle of Ferrari, a perfect synthesis of the balance between the grapes and the marvellous territory that welcomes it. Italian bubbles that can compete with many cousins across the Alps, this Brut was produced for the first time in 1902 and, from that moment, its 'recipe' has remained almost unchanged! Classic in style and gustatory performance, Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a precise standard bearer of the designation Trento DOC.
Brittle straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a wide fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers and a delicate yeast fragrance, given by over two years of aging in bottle. The mouth is marked by excellent sapidity followed by a citrus freshness that still leaves softness and roundness of taste, towards a final that smells of the sea.
Matching par excellence: San Daniele ham and fior di latte.
