Golden straw-coloured with fine bubbles, it opens with notes of white flowers and yeasts, then fresh fruit, aromatic herbs, butter and acacia honey. More than ever faithful to the taste, it is fresh and satisfying thanks to the lively acidity that tempts one sip after another.
