A classy aperitif

It was 1902 when Giulio Ferrari decided it was time to start producing a wine that could stand comparison with the French Champagne, starting to implant Chardonnay vines in that land of which he had guessed the great peculiarities. Since then time has passed and, to date, Ferrari has become a real giant with bubbles, with numbers exceeding 5 million bottles produced every year; a brand known all over the world for the undisputed quality of its products, a wide range able to satisfy the palate of all fans of classic method bubbles.

Golden straw-coloured with fine bubbles, it opens with notes of white flowers and yeasts, then fresh fruit, aromatic herbs, butter and acacia honey. More than ever faithful to the taste, it is fresh and satisfying thanks to the lively acidity that tempts one sip after another.

Excellent aperitif, paired with rustic and square white pizza with mortadella!
