In this area the viticulture was already practiced before the arrival of the Romans, the Picentes have dedicated this ancient hamlet to the Goddess Mother who united them to the Etruscans: Cupra. On these lands along the south side of the Esino Valley, in the heart of the classic Verdicchio area, Domenico Bonci started, at the beginning of the twentieth century, his own production and the careful selection of other companies. With the fourth generation, represented by Giuseppe, the company has reached today's dimensions; the winery is located in Contrada Torre, where the soil is prevailingly clayey, from which the Verdicchio takes the sap that gives life to Viatorre, a white drinkable and territorial that is already a commercial success!
Straw yellow with bright golden reflections, it has a fruity nose of medlar and white peach, along with an aromatic note of linden and hints of almond and walnut. Excellent taste-olfactory balance at tasting, very rich in fruity references and well respects the typical flavor, in the final trail of walnut husk.
To be consumed young, it is the ideal white wine for fish appetizers, such as an octopus salad, for soups and as an aperitif.
