Passito

This typical wine is obtained from the vinification of "seered" grapes, that is, deprived of some of the water contained in them, with different techniques. The most famous is the Passito di Pantelleria DOC, produced in Italy with 100% Zibibbo grapes, excellent pairing with desserts and blue cheeses.
