Considered as one of the five largest producers of champagne, it has undergone two hundred years of history and passion. A story begun by Alphonse Pierlot in 1812 with the purchase of small plots of land in Tours-sur-Marne and then handed down over the years, with wilfulness and love, by many women. After Alphonse's death, his wife Mathilde Perrier took over the company choosing the name for it that remained unchanged over time; then in 1938, another woman Marie-Louise Lanson de Nonancourt assumed the command. At her death, her son Bernard took over the company, thanks to whom the maison managed to return to its former glory.
Endless bubbles mark the glass, brilliant straw yellow, and aromas of flint and citrus, aromatic herbs, bread crust and honey are released. The taste is satisfying, fresh and well balanced, with citrus returns and long mineral trail.
Ideal for aperitifs and appetizers, it goes perfectly with fish or white meat dishes, vegetable quiches, semi-mature cheeses or delicate fry.
