Do you provide an "estimated total price" for pre-order items?
As far as the sale of consumer goods is concerned, the best price, which includes discounts and offers, is the one provided by the website. Further price variations on the total purchase amount in the cart are not possible. For wholesale orders you can contact our customer service by sending an email to webshop@bernabei.it. Your request will be taken over by the sales department and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your discount policy?
We periodically publish a selection of products that offer great discounts up to 30% off the list price.

Can I collect items purchased on the site in one of your Retail Stores?
Unfortunately, we only offer courier services for the delivery of items bought on our site.

I have completed my purchase but I still have not received an email confirming the order has been processed.
Sometimes mails are rejected by our server or are mistakenly delivered to our Junk email folder. If you have completed your order process on the site, including the stage of payment (by credit card or using alternative payment methods) you don't have to worry. Your order has been processed successfully. If you are a registered user you can login and check inside MY BERNABEY control panel. If you do not have a Bernabei account and have placed an order as a guest, please contact us at +39 06 40 40 22 62 or send an email query to webshop@bernabei.it.

Since I do not have a PayPal account, would you accept other payment methods?
Yes, absolutely. You can also choose to make payments using your debit or credit cards. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Maestro and UniCredit.

When will my package be delivered? Do you provide a tracking number of the package?

Can I pay after delivery?
Unfortunately, this method of payment is not accepted outside Italy.

Do you accept business purchases and is VAT deductible?
If you are buying for a business, you may enter your VAT registration number when you choose your payment method and when you verify your order during the check-out process. The VAT registration number will be printed on your invoice.

Can I order from overseas or request an overseas delivery?
Yes, absolutely. We ship all over Europe. Please see our "Shipping" section for up-to-date information regarding pricing and discounts.
