How can I find out if you have a specific product?

If the product is not in the online catalogue it is not available for sale.

The product I am looking for is not available. What can I do?

You can click on the product and then on “Click here to receive a notification when the product will become available again”. You will receive an email notification when the product is back in stock.

What should I do in case of anomaly of a product I purchased?

If you observe an anomaly in one of the products you bought on the website, please contact us via email. You can return the bottle within 60 days, if it is still at least 3/4 full, and ship it at your expense, well closed, with its original cork or cap, to the following address:

Once we will have received the product, we will send it to the producer’s laboratory to be analysed. If the anomaly is confirmed (no later than 30 days), 10 additional days will be required until you will be reimbursed the cost of the returned goods.

I received a damaged or non-compliant bottle. What should I do?

You can send an email to, specifying you Purchase Order number and describing the defect of the product received. To receive assistance and support, you will need to attach a photo of the original packaging and of all the products, clearly visible, to the text of the email/letter. We will reply as soon as possible to solve the problem.

Do the prices listed include VAT?

Yes. All the prices visible on our online store are VAT included.

Can I have a quote for my order?

What are the fee and delivery times? Can I track my shipment?

Free shipping for orders over €70, for all other orders the shipping fee is €18. Guaranteed delivery within approximately 20 working days.

Which payment method can I use for my purchases?

You can pay with Credit Card and PayPal.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card can be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card is expired. Check that the expiry date on your credit card has not been reached.
  • The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank that the card spending limit has not been exceeded.
  • The card information entered is incorrect. Check that all the data entered in the required fields is correct.

Can the invoice be made out to my company?

Yes. Simply select the company option in the personal data and enter the tax details requested.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are made with the same payment method you used to make the purchase within 14 days from your request.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

Once the purchase has been concluded, and within 24/48 hours from shipping, the invoice will automatically be sent to the email address specified during the order. For any information, please contact us at

How can I use my voucher?

To use the voucher go to the “use voucher” section in your cart. You will receive an immediate discount equal to the amount of your voucher. Remember: the voucher must be added to the cart before checkout and you can use only one voucher per order.



I need to buy a gift. Are the prices of the products written on the bottles or inside the box?

No. The package does not contain any hardcopy of the costs of the order placed. All information on the prices of the labels purchased are sent to you via email at the address specified when you created your My Bernabei account.

Can I add a gift card to my order?

Yes, during checkout. In the page following the cart page, you can fill out the form that will be attached to the package.

Do you have gift packaging?

No. Orders are not gift-wrapped. The bottles come in special packaging (boxes, gift boxes, wood cases, etc.) only if specified in the product name and description.
