Fresh and charming, champagne is a joy for the palate but for this pleasure to be divine, we must know the various types, so as to avoid making mistakes such as, for example, an inadequate food match or, even worse, the wrong serving temperature! We must not ruin the opportunity to enjoy a good glass of this wine for a sin of approximation. This Rosé, refined in magnum, presents less roughness than its brother Brut, thanks to the perfect assembly of Pinot Meunier (45%), Chardonnay (41%) and Pinot Noir (14%) is finer and more elegant but not for this reason of less character.
Beautiful bright salmon pink in colour and marked by numerous bubbles, it gives intense floral notes of geranium and fruity ones of strawberries and cherries, of aromatic herbs, vanilla, hazelnut and bread crust. Fresh vitality structures and marks the mouth with long persistence of fruity memories.
Excellent aperitif, we can also combine it with raw fish and shellfish, with a paella or, risking, with desserts based on berries.
