This maison has always set itself in the champagne scene as the youngest and most provocative by definition, which enhances the joy of living and the pleasure of conviviality, breaking the pattern both for its image and for consumption. Since 1997, it has chosen to wear red, to stand out and to hit the eye of the most distracted buyer. The maison then launched the fashion of the mini 20cl format (the Baby Piper) that you can enjoy with the straw, to become a permanent presence in events linked to the world of cinema, from the Cannes International Festival, to that of Berlin or Venice.
Very bright and brilliant straw yellow, it smells of hawthorn and green apple, ripe pear and citrus fruits wrapped in delicate toasted notes. Lively and fresh on the palate, you will never stop drinking it!
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with canapés, semi-matured cheeses and cold cuts such as mortadella and ciauscolo but you can quietly drink it throughout the meal.
