If the Puglia of wine today is taken into consideration and a certain ferment has never reached so far, much of the credit goes to a small group of producers who have been able to invest in the future and in quality, in a very courageous way. Among these it is worth mentioning Masseria Spaccafico, a young but already very promising wine producer, who cultivates his vineyards with passion and dedication. The goal is to create unique wines from native vines and that is why, in addition to the usual range, also organic versions are offered during the tasting, with cospicuous aromatic characteristics, in the wine transformed into an odorous intensity that cannot be missed!
Ruby red with a purple crown, it has an elegant smell of cherry under spirit and blackberry jam, with notes of red orange and rose, together with nutmeg and balsamic and mentholated puffs. On the palate it is tasty and full-bodied, warm and balanced, very present in the tannic note and involved in mineral sapidity.
Excellent with grilled fillet with balsamic vinegar
