Slovenia is a land of great white wines and long winemaking tradition, here the winemakers are required to follow a very meticulous internal disciplinary, developed to be able to reach grapes of the highest quality, the first essential condition for obtaining excellent wines. About this Baloc knows something, a company specializing in the production of Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous grape variety in this area; at Baloc the production philosophy follows that of the winery that, although supported by modern enological knowledge, they always put mankind, passion, intuition, culture and sensitivity at the center. This is how great wines are born, like this one, in full Slovenian style!
Pale and bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has an olfactory range marked by the intense floral notes of broom and yellow rose, vegetable hints of aromatic herbs and mint, together with fruity notes of citrus and yellow peach. The taste is fresh, enveloping and soft, supported by the precise sapid vein to support, in a long and citrus closing that leaves the typical mineral trail.
Perfect with a risotto with prawns!
