Pale pink in colour with light coppery reflections, white and creamy froth and very fine and persistent perlage. Smell characterized by complex aromas reminiscent of ripe cherry, pomegranate and currant, along with hints of strawberry and red apple. The taste is succulent, rich and fragrant, well balanced between freshness and flavour and very long in fruity references.

Suitable as an aperitif, it also pairs well with Catalan scampi or with a tuna steak.
